Why do these people hate ABC and The Mouse?

I've hated The Mouse ever since I realized at the age of four that Mickey Mouse wasn't funny. I hate The Mouse. Finding out that they put that greatest genius of early cartooning, Max Fleischer out of business I've hated him them with a passion.

They did? I thought it was Paramount. I don't know much about the history, though.
I know Disney did cheat Ub Iwerks out of getting credit for creating Mickey Mouse, but this, not to excuse it, was standard fare in those days (e.g. Pat Sullivan cheating Otto Messmer).

As I have heard, Disney used his considerable influence to sink the Fliescher brothers around the time of Gulliver's Travels.
I don't see how anyone looking at the work of the two studios can't see the genius of Max Fleischer and the tawdry sentimentality of Disney. And Mikey Mouse is not funny.
About the only thing I like about Eisner is that if Walt knew he was in charge he would be spinning in is icebox.
